EXCHANGE POLICY

Cases eligible for exchange:

Customers are eligible for an exchange in cases where the product has a manufacturing or supply defect.

We commit to applying a flexible and transparent exchange policy, and the final decision to accept the exchange belongs to Mori.

Cases not eligible for exchange:

Products not confirmed to be purchased from morivietnam.vn.

Products that have been used or are soiled.

Products not operated according to instructions, causing damage.

Conditions for exchange:

The product must be unused, not soiled, and must have all original packaging (intact), tags, and receipt (if available).

Customers can either visit the store in person or bear the shipping fee.

Each product can only be exchanged once.

Exchange process for customers:

Step 1: Confirm the exchange status

Within 7 days from the date of receiving the product, if the product is eligible for exchange, customers must take pictures of the product's current condition: Clearly showing the product code, label, our warranty voucher, and the area where the product is faulty (if applicable). Then, contact our customer care department through the hotline to report the product exchange information and send the confirmation images.

Step 2: We confirm

After receiving the information, we will confirm the status of the goods and inform the customer whether the product is eligible for exchange or not.

Once the exchange is confirmed, please keep the goods in their original condition along with relevant accessories and documents.

Step 3: Customer sends the product

In case of distant locations, customers return the intact product along with relevant accessories and documents, carefully packaged, and send them to the address we provide.

If the customer comes to the store for an exchange in person, please bring along the complete product, accessories, and relevant documents to the address we provide.

Step 4: We confirm and send the product to the customer

After receiving, checking, and accepting the product you want to exchange, we will contact you to confirm the exchange and send the product to you.

Note: If the product sent to us does not meet the exchange conditions mentioned above, the customer is responsible for covering the damage for us, or an additional amount will be deducted from the amount you paid for the product.

Products not as described on the website, as per the order.

Cases not eligible for return:

Products not confirmed to be purchased from morivietnam.vn.

Products that have been used or are soiled.

Conditions for return:

Products purchased at morivietnam.vn are eligible for return within 03 days (from the date you receive the goods, based on the date sent by the post office).

The product must be unused, not soiled, and must have all original packaging (intact), accompanying accessories, complete warranty vouchers, and receipt (if available).

Return process for customers:

Step 1: Confirm the return status

Within 3 days from the date of receiving the product, you must take pictures of the current condition of the product: Clearly showing the product code, label, our warranty voucher, and the area where the product is faulty. Then, contact our customer care department through the hotline to report the product exchange information and send the confirmation images.

Step 2: We confirm

After receiving the information, we will confirm the status of the goods and inform the customer whether the product is eligible for return or not.

Once the return is confirmed, please keep the goods in their original condition along with relevant accessories and documents (warranty voucher, postal receipt...).

Step 4: We confirm the refund for you

After receiving, checking, and accepting the product you want to return, we will contact you to confirm and process the refund to your bank account within 7-10 days.

Note: If the product sent back to us does not meet the return conditions mentioned above, the customer is responsible for covering the damage for us, or an additional amount will be deducted from the amount you paid for the product.
