SAM SON 2023 – MINH DUNG GROUP: MORE THAN A JOURNEY, IT’S A JOURNEY OF CONNECTION
As a company that places great emphasis on the well-being of its employees, Minh Dũng Group conducts various activities to foster unity and collaboration within the team. These include sports events, celebrations, and organized programs. Most recently, Minh Dũng Group organized a 3-day, 2-night summer vacation to the beautiful coastal city of Sầm Sơn. Here, the Minh Dũng Group family had exciting experiences and unforgettable memories.
The liveliest and most explosive activity was undoubtedly the Minh Dũng Group Team Building. Despite the July sun in Sầm Sơn, it couldn’t dampen the full-fledged “warrior spirit” of the Minh Dũng Group members. With the motto “give your all, play your all,” each team brought youth, enthusiasm, and expertise. Engaging activities and games were enthusiastically participated in by Minh Dũng Group members, creating a vibrant and dynamic atmosphere on the beach. Besides boosting team spirit, this was also an opportunity for Minh Dũng Group members to understand, bond, and share with each other even more.
And, of course, we cannot forget the moments of relaxation after a year of hard work – the leisure hours, beach baths, and savoring of local delicacies in Sầm Sơn.
Chairman of the Board cum General Director of Minh Dũng Group shared: “Every year, to give Minh Dũng Group employees a summer break for relaxation and entertainment, the Leadership Team of Minh Dũng Group dedicates time planning long trips. This is not only an opportunity for Minh Dũng Group members to bond more closely, but also a chance for Minh Dũng Group employees to enjoy quality time with their families. For me personally, it’s also an occasion for me and my family to have a meaningful trip.”
Furthermore, we cannot overlook the lively and vibrant atmosphere at the Gala Dinner in the evening. The King & Queen 2023 contest of Minh Dũng Group was a great success and identified the winners of the awards. A warm birthday celebration for employees born in the second quarter also took place. Everyone joined in the lively and excited atmosphere of the Gala Dinner evening. Perhaps the atmosphere of Sầm Sơn beach couldn’t be as hot as the atmosphere of the Gala Dinner night in Minh Dũng Group. To capture this beautiful moment, Minh Dũng Group took commemorative photos together, marking the end of Minh Dũng Group’s travel journey at Sầm Sơn beach in Thanh Hóa.
